I found DeLorme’s Street Atlas useful, but since it didn’t include Canada (which mattered a lot more when I lived in Alaska) I went to Microsoft Streets and Trips. But since my last hard drive crash I haven’t bothered to re-install either; a dead-tree Rand McNally Road Atlas has sufficed for our purposes.
